As an RF Module Development Engineer, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and quality in analog and RF test. Collaborate with customers to develop optimize production testing

Develop and debug software programs to drive advanced test equipment such as BERTS, scopes, and automatic test equipment (ATE).

Perform ATE-to-DV correlation, debug functionality and performance issues

Evaluate new analog IP designs on ATE and work with design and product development teams to identify and resolve functionality and performance issues.

Release production test solutions that ensure product quality, yield optimization, and post-release issue resolution.

Provide calibration for power delivery enabling power and performance binning.

Ability to obtain and maintain US Government TS Security Clearance and SCI access

Bachelor's and 3+ years or a Master's and 2+ years or a PhD and 0 years in electrical engineering or related STEM degree with 3+ years of experience in RF design and test

2+ years of experience in ATE testing, test methodology, electronics design, or product development

2+ years of experience with lab equipment such as mixed-signal oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, VNAs, TDRs

2+ years of experience with electrical simulation tools such HFSS, ADS, PowerSI

Understanding of Digital, Analog, Mixed signal, high speed testing, tester hardware design

Programming skills with scripting language such as Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW
