• A minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery
• Experience in couplet care
• LDRP experience
• Some NICU experience
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification

Description:
Join our Labor and Delivery team in a dynamic and supportive environment.
You will be providing care to a diverse patient population while maintaining compliance with AWHONN guidelines.
The unit consists of 16 beds with established patient ratios.
You will engage in couplet care and monitor the well-being of both mother and newborn.
The position does not require scheduled call, but staff may flex down according to unit census.
Equipment used includes an Electronic Health Record system.
