The Opportunity The Senior Sales Engineer works in partnership with the sales team as the technical expert behind the sale. The Senior Sales Engineer must have deep product knowledge and technical expertise along with demonstrated customer-facing skills. We are looking for someone who can create and lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educate customers (everyone from developers to product managers to C-level executives) on the technical side of utilizing risk management solutions.
Conduct discovery calls to prospective client customers in partnership with the sales team to assess potential use cases and document requirements
Work with company engineering team to build proof-of-concept solutions
Run complete and compelling platform demos for prospective clients in partnership with the sales team to audiences ranging from managers to directors, VP's and C-Suite
Guide the design and deployment of enterprise software solutions that impact multiple functional areas of a customer's organization
Develop solutions to resolve customer requirements, including implementation effort and statement of works.
Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Experience in the GRC, Security or Risk Management space
• Experience with Salesforce.Strong understanding and knowledge of RMIS and/or GRC Platform(s)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or a comparable field is preferred
