A growing engineering consulting firm is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead land development and municipal infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from concept through construction while working with a diverse client base across commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial developments.
Manage the planning, design, and execution of land development and municipal projects.
Lead project teams and provide technical guidance to engineering and production staff.
Prepare and review engineering calculations and reports related to grading, drainage, paving, water, and wastewater systems.
Oversee the development of construction plans, specifications, and bid documents.
Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Attend client meetings and ensure project objectives, schedules, and budgets are met.
Support permitting and approval processes with local jurisdictions and governing agencies.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
5+ years of experience in land development and/or municipal engineering.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with local development standards, permitting requirements, and municipal regulations is a plus.
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with projects such as:
Commercial and residential developments
Educational and healthcare facilities
Industrial and manufacturing sites
Mixed-use and community development projects
