Manufacturing quality engineering

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to support quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing and repair operations

Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, CAAC, customer, and QMS requirements

Develop and improve quality procedures, processes, and documentation

Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits, including AS9100/AS9110 compliance

Monitor and improve quality metrics, including nonconformities, escapes, and inspection findings

Partner with Engineering and Operations on process improvements, new repair capabilities, and engineering changes

Support Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives

Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience

5+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing and/or FAA Part 145 environments

Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, AS9100/AS9110 standards, and quality systems

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality analysis tools such as Minitab

Lean and/or Six Sigma certification preferred
