Head of Programme Management

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager, Electrical to lead and coordinate project management activities across mid to large-scale electrical transmission projects. This role is responsible for managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder engagement across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Identify, define, combine, unify, and coordinate project management processes and activities

Ensure all projects include required scope per contract requirements

Plan, execute, monitor, and control project schedules of all sizes

Understand and manage task interdependencies across projects

Estimate, budget, and manage costs against approved budgets on mid to large-scale projects

Align project work with quality policies, procedures, and standards

Analyze and recommend required resources and competencies to project leadership

Manage project information including planning, collection, distribution, storage, and disposition

Manage all changes to scope, schedule, and cost -- both internal and client-driven

Conduct risk management planning, identification, analysis, and response

Lead procurement activities including RFP development and management

Identify and engage stakeholders; develop strategies to manage their expectations and involvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Business, or related field preferred

Minimum 10 years of experience, with 7+ years in a Project Management role

Experience leading large, team-oriented, collaborative environments

PMP certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire

Experience in engineering and design of high voltage (69-500kV) transmission lines using PLS-CADD

Knowledge of system reliability and efficiency analysis
