Facilities Maintenance TechnicianRadwell International is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the safe operation, maintenance, and reliability of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure across our facility. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and facility improvement projects while ensuring compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Employees are expected to maintain reliable attendance and adhere to company scheduling and attendance policies. Overtime, weekend work, and schedule adjustments may be required based on facility projects, operational requirements, or emergency situations. This role also requires on-call availability for facility emergencies as needed.Work EnvironmentThis position operates within office, warehouse, building, and grounds maintenance environments. Responsibilities include working indoors and outdoors, climbing ladders, accessing elevated locations, walking on raised catwalks, and performing physical maintenance activities. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, and use of maintenance tools and equipment are required. Travel of up to 10% between company locations may be required.
