Key skills:

Candidates should have strong program management experience to drive the teams. Should be able to manage Sr. stakeholders on the project. PMP certification will add. Should have strong experience working on PAYORS OR PROVIDER (anthem/client/independent client). Candidate should have hands on experience in end 2 end workflow in EPIC. Should have good experience in how to set up EPIC. How to set up milestones in EPIC projects. How is risk assessment done in EPIC.
