As a Stepdown Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients transitioning from intensive care. Your expertise in PCU/Tele and post-Cath Lab patient care will be invaluable in this 21-bed unit. Provide compassionate care to patients in a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
Float to Med Surg and ICU for PCU patient status as needed
Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation
Work every other weekend and up to 2 extra mandatory shifts per 6 weeks
