We are seeking a 3+ years experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal to join the team, supporting litigation matters for a collaborative defense practice with hybrid flexibility, substantive growth, and strong professional development opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with all phases of insurance defense litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, and trial preparation.

Manage case files, correspondence, pleadings, discovery materials, medical records, and claim files.

Draft and respond to discovery and prepare deposition, hearing, and trial materials.

Coordinate independent medical examinations, hearings, and other case-related activities.

Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, courts, and other professionals while tracking deadlines across multiple cases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience; insurance defense experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and case management.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and deadline-management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case-management technology, with sound judgment and a collaborative approach.
