Head of Strategy and Analysis

The Corporate Strategy team is a high‑performing team that focuses on defining HERE’s long‑term global strategy to maximize valuation and solve key strategic questions across HERE’s global business. The team works closely with C‑suite executives and functional leaders on strategy development. Lead key strategic projects to identify growth opportunities or address competitive threats and support decision‑making for the C‑suite and the Board

Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships that can support or extend HERE’s strategy

HERE is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to play a key role in developing HERE’s strategy. Lead strategy projects and work closely with internal stakeholders such as Product and Finance teams

Structure complex problems, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop insights

You have a passion for technology, experience with developing long‑term corporate strategy, and enjoy solving complex business problems.

Minimum 4 years of work experience, including:

MBA from a top‑tier university

Ability to synthesize solutions based on thoughtful analysis (both quantitatively and qualitatively)

Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis to support strategy decision‑making

Variety in the types of projects

Hybrid position - Chicago Office
