Major Functions The Director oversees daily operations of an OASAS 819 certified residential services program, ensuring compliance with regulations, supervising staff, and maintaining program quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities Develop and monitor program policies and procedures.
Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, funding sources, and community partners.
Manage admissions, incident reports, and quality assurance activities.
Lead staff training, evaluations, and meetings.
Ensure the physical safety and cleanliness of the facility.
Prepare reports and manage personnel actions.
Participate in certification and quality management activities.
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience acceptable.
Qualified Mental Health Professional (e.g., Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records.
Flexible schedule and availability for on-call responsibilities.
