Job Store Staffing is hiring a Program Manager for a manufacturing company in Colorado Springs, CO!
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programs from kickoff through completion. This role works closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to customer specifications.
Manage multiple customer programs from start to finish
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
Lead cross-functional meetings and track project timelines, risks, and deliverables
Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders
3-5 years of related program/project management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
