Member Experience Representative (Claims Intake)

Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid: 3 Days In Office | 2 Days Remote)

Salary: $53,000 Annually + Overtime Eligibility

Schedule: Full-Time

Are you someone who thrives on helping others, solving problems, and creating exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for service-focused professionals to join our growing Member Experience team as a Member Experience Representative (Claims Intake).

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for members during important moments, helping them begin the claims process with confidence and care. Whether your background is in hospitality, banking, retail, healthcare, customer service, or another people-focused industry, we provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.

Serve as the first point of contact when members report a claim.

Guide members through the initial stages of the claims process.

Gather detailed information and document claims accurately.

Assist with claim setup, coverage application, reserve establishment, and claim progression.

Coordinate follow-up activities related to auto glass and towing claims.

Navigate multiple systems and applications while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Customer-focused and passionate about helping others.

Comfortable spending much of the day on the phone.

Detail-oriented and able to accurately document information.

Approximately 10-20 inbound claim-related interactions per day.

Conversations are often longer and more detailed than a traditional customer service role.

Focus on quality, accuracy, and advocacy rather than high call volume.

Extensive training provided, including claims education and licensing support where applicable.

Previous insurance or claims experience is a plus, but not required.

Training Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Post-Training Schedule:

Schedules may vary and can include shifts as late as 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

Customer service experience preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems

High school diploma or equivalent

This is more than a customer service position. This is a Permanent position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
