Head of Life Insurance Sales

Our agents help families all over the country find the Life insurance, Retirement Solutions and Financial Services Solutions they need to protect their futures.
You would specialize in a revolutionary form of Life insurance called LIVING BENEFIT LIFE INSURANCE, that you don’t have to die to collect. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our unique platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus more on client interactions and zero time on lead hunting.
Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
Sales Presentation: Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Relationship Management: Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
Utilize this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information.
Sales Reporting: Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for management review.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed).

Health Saving account eligible, with $2,500 and $5,000 deductible plans
Bonuses, are performance based and paid every month on the 15th
Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the clients sale.
