The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor and employment laws and excellent litigation skills.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their rights and obligations under applicable labor and employment laws.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
Develop litigation strategies.
Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws to prevent potential legal disputes.
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure effective and efficient case management.
Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations, and educate clients and colleagues on these changes.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in labor and employment litigation in a law firm environment.
Proven track record of successfully representing clients in labor and employment disputes.
Exceptional legal research, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously, while meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
Proficient in legal research tools and software.
This is a fully Remote position.
