Wage - $17.54 per hour

Schedule – Varies, Full Time, 8hr shifts - 10:30 am to 7:30 pm.

• MTC is proud to operate the Charleston Point Job Corps Center in Charleston, WV where our staff provide quality services to our local youth. You'll be responsible for the preparation and cooking of students' meals in compliance with government and management directives.

Prepare meats for cooking by washing, trimming, boning, cutting, cubing or forming into patties or loaves.

• Make coffee, tea and other beverages and set up cafeteria lines and serve meals on the line.
• Assist in the storage and inventory of supplies; transfer food ingredients from storage area to cooking area. Clean food service area, tables and kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Maintain kitchen equipment in orderly workable condition, and ensure the work area is safe, clean, and sanitary at all times.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
