Polish and finish countertops by hand, using a wet power hand grinder to ensure a smooth surface. This position is Monday through Friday, with a start time of 6:00am to 2:30pm.

Examine order specifications using blueprints, drawings, and/or work orders, to determine characteristics of finished items, materials to be used and machine set-up requirements.
Operate hand and power sander/tools to sand solid surface countertops
Visually inspect and examine final products for visual and surface defects
Examine sanding disc and replace worn parts, clean machines and workstation
Experience of 1 year or more in countertop or construction preferred but not required
Experience in auto body finishing is a plus
Experience with hand tools, routers, and electric sanders is a plus
