Primary Care Clinic Nurse (LPN)

Pride Health is hiring a Clinic LPN to support our client's healthcare team in New Paltz, NY.

Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 4 month contract
Maintaining clinical efficiency and regulatory compliance
Injections for in office visits, in basket management, incoming patient calls, walk in patient review for unscheduled walk ins or urgent change in status
Rooming patients, vitals, medication reconciliation, nurse visits, assisting with scheduling follow ups and referrals to specialists.

Current LPN license

• 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in primary care, family medicine, ambulatory care, or physician practice settings.
• Experience with patient intake, vital signs, medication administration, immunizations, and specimen collection.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.
