Restaurant Server - Evening Shift

ROLE OVERVIEW As a Server at Hook & Reel, you are a part of the warm and welcoming environment for the guests. You will be instrumental in helping to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Answer guest questions regarding the menu and Hook & Reel brand.

Provide accurate information regarding menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.

Clean and organize the front-of-house server station.

Ensure guest satisfaction by providing quality service and checking in regularly throughout the dining experience.

Communicate clearly and concisely with the kitchen staff and management regarding allergy orders.

Maintain a positive, energetic, and hospitality-focused attitude at all times.

Multi-task and balance between bar and dining room orders.

Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift).

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Functions: 1+ years of restaurant experience.

Hold a valid State-Mandated Food Handlers Certification, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards (where applicable).

Hold a valid State-Mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification, ensuring compliance with local regulatory authority health and safety standards (where applicable).
