Wait Staff/Server

Come join us at Carmel Terrace as a Wait Staff/Server! A faith-based, nonprofit, short and long-term care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters. We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents. We're seeking to fill the role of Wait Staff/Server.

• No experience necessary. Full-Time: 6am to 2pm; Monday - Friday plus Every Other Weekend.
• $17 per hour.

Wait Staff/Server Qualifications:

High School diploma or the equivalent.

Must be dependable and reliable, flexible in work duties and willing to go above and beyond expectations.

Prior experience in food services and preparation in Long Term Care, preferred.

Wait Staff/Server Job Summary:

Communicate in a positive, caring, and helpful manner with residents, family members, and other staff.

Learn to assure accuracy of the resident's meal tray specifications.

Understand and communicate knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling.
