Head of Supply Chain and Procurement

We're looking for a high-caliber procurement leader to take ownership of enterprise-wide sourcing strategy and help transform Procurement into a true strategic partner to the business.
You'll work directly with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Engineering, IT, Facilities, and other key functions to identify opportunities, drive measurable savings, manage risk, and improve how the organization procures goods and services.

Lead enterprise-wide procurement and strategic sourcing strategy.
Develop category strategies aligned with business and financial objectives.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and value creation.
Build strong partnerships across Finance, Operations, Engineering, IT, and Facilities.
Establish KPIs and reporting that clearly demonstrate Procurement's impact.
Improve procurement processes, systems, governance, and the overall requisition-to-pay lifecycle.
Develop and mentor a high-performing Procurement team.
Drive change and continuously elevate Procurement's capabilities and influence.

10+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Consulting, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Exceptional analytical, financial, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, challenging the status quo, and driving change.
