Our 8-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) provides care for a diverse patient population - from ventilated patients to overflow cases. Nurses in our ICU unit typically enjoy 12 hr. shifts with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, with occasional 1:3 ratios depending on patient acuity, allowing for focused and high-quality care.How you'll contributeA Registered Nurse who excels in this role:Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needsIdentifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventionsProvides care appropriate to condition and age of the patientPerforms timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical recordResponsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patientWhy join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
