Front Desk Receptionist
American Road Group is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist at Hall of Fame Harley-Davidson in Cuyahoga Falls, OH! This is a full-time position. Serve as Front Desk Receptionist greeting Harley-Davidson customers, visitors, and vendors entering the dealership. Provide first-class customer service and ensure customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers.
Act with professionalism and determine the needs of customers and vendors, directing them to the proper person and/or office.
Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner and provide them with accurate directions to their destination.
Answer telephone calls and take messages as needed and respond to routine inquiries using customer-oriented etiquette.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office, internet, and email use.
Must be flexible in schedule- evenings and weekends required.
