Job Purpose We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Intern to join our Manufacturing Engineering team in San Jose, CA. As an Intern in Manufacturing Engineering, you will have the opportunity to elevate your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will be part of a team that is responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes for our cutting‑edge electronics products. You will also have the chance to contribute to continuous improvement efforts to boost the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations.

Nature Of Duties/Responsibilities Support the Engineering team in the design and implementation of new manufacturing processes

Assist with the development and maintenance of manufacturing process documentation

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations

Conduct data analysis and develop recommendations for process improvement

Participate in cross-functional projects and provide support as needed

Perform engineering change processes as necessary to support existing products

Tests prototypes and standard products and write reports to document the results

Categorize a wide arrangement of existing parts

Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co‑workers, and management

Education And Experience Currently in year 3 or 4, or a post‑graduate, of a 4‑year degree program in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related Engineering field

Be able to work minimum three days a week continually

Excellent computer skills including MS Office and Google Suite

Physical Demands Work is performed in an office and a manufacturing environment. Pay : $30.00 - $34.00 per hour (depending on college year)
