RN/LPN Full-Time Care Center - NOC Shift

Salary $34/HR - $37/HR plus $2.00 shift differential for nights and weekends.
About the Role Licensed Practical Nurses (Full Time or Per-Diem) at the Actors Fund Home, an assisted living, skilled nursing, accredited dementia care, and sub‑acute rehabilitation center in Englewood, NJ, with a CMS Five Star Rating. The LPN will provide direct nursing care under RN supervision and supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Job Duties Assess and evaluate residents according to policy, reviewing each resident’s plan of care.
Coordinate nursing services to maintain the resident’s total regimen of care.
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician, following federal, state, and local standards.
Maintain adequate floor stock of medications, medical supplies, and equipment.
Administer professional services such as catheterization, tube feedings, suction, dressing changes, colostomy and drainage bag care.
Complete and file required records, forms, and charts upon admission and throughout residence.
Investigate allegations of resident abuse or misappropriation of resident property.
Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
Active LPN license in New Jersey.
Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience.
Knowledge of electronic charting is a plus.
Adaptable with the ability to manage competing priorities and crises.
Tactful and courteous with residents, families, and colleagues.
Willing to work beyond normal hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
Compassionate toward and interested in caring for the aging population.
About This Position Hourly position in Englewood, NJ. Shift ranges include 7am-3:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, and 11pm-7:30am. Scheduling may be required on every weekend or every other weekend.
