Staff Attorney (Litigation and Advocacy)

Mass Torts Staff Attorney - ERISA Litigation Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly qualified Staff Attorney to join its Mass Torts Practice Group. The position will involve working in an active and dynamic practice that touches all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial. Candidates with at least two years of experience in insurance defense, bad faith and ERISA litigation services work are preferred. Successful candidates will possess strong written and oral advocacy skills and excellent interpersonal skills. It is essential that the successful candidate have the skill, knowledge, and ability to conduct research and apply laws, court decisions, and rules of evidence and procedure in order to defend clients and reach a successful resolution of each matter. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively and cooperatively with paralegals, legal practice assistants and staff.
