Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and create a friendly, professional first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination.
• Maintain an organized reception area and office environment.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.
• Support daily office operations and internal coordination.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and office deliveries.
