Full time position
The Member Service position will be responsible for serving our members daily by opening new accounts, processing transactions, cross selling our products and services, and resolving technical issues.
Properly identify members or potential members and document and update member records-based interactions
Accurately perform teller and member service transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, shared certificates, opening & closing accounts, IRA's, etc.
Handle all member inquiries and complaints in person, by phone, or electronic access
Travel to other branch locations, as needed
Previous experience in customer service, banking, or cash handling experience of 2-5 years
Ability to perform your work accurately in accordance with policies and procedures
