As a Finance Manager, you'll oversee the dealership's finance and insurance process, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and customer-focused experience from deal structuring through final paperwork.

Finance & Deal Structuring Work closely with Sales Consultants and Managers to structure competitive financing deals

Present and explain financing options clearly to customers

Maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction

Accurately prepare and review all finance documents

Stay current on regulatory and compliance requirements

Customer Experience Deliver a professional, transparent, and efficient finance experience

Address customer questions and concerns with clarity and confidence

Ensure a smooth transition from sales to finance to delivery

Lender & Partner Relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions

Professional Development Participate in ongoing training and compliance education

Track performance metrics and continuously improve results

Previous automotive F&I experience required! customers and assist in sales team training.

Strong understanding of automotive financing and compliance
