Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve equipment uptime.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues.
Lead FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) sessions to identify potential failure modes.
Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs.
Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to implement reliability solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on asset reliability and lifecycle costs.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or similar field).

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on reliability engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies (e.g., Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve asset reliability and performance.

Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies (e.g., Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python, R) for reliability metrics and trends.
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
Knowledge of Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
