About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our team. As a BCBA at Strides ABA, you will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing individualized behavior plans for clients

Conducting assessments and behavioral observations to identify areas for improvement

Providing training and support to parents, caregivers, and other team members

Collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

Maintaining accurate records and reports, including data tracking and progress monitoring

Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Implement and monitor behavior plans, making adjustments as needed

Provide training and support to families and caregivers on implementing behavior plans

Collaborate with other professionals, including therapists, teachers, and medical providers

Maintain accurate records and reports, including data tracking and progress monitoring

Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions

Requirements:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field

BCBA certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities

Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
