Strategic Legal Practices is seeking a full-time tenacious and perceptive Trial Attorney to join our rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate should have experience supervising a team of attorneys and be licensed (and in good standing) in California with two or more years of experience in directly managing civil litigation in both State and Federal courts, inclusive of sophisticated law and motion work.

Delegate and supervise assignments for junior attorneys and staff.

Prepare litigation reports and risk assessments for clients and leadership.

Provide strategic legal advice and complex case analysis.

Gain hands-on litigation experience in Los Angeles and Orange County courts

Work under the guidance of experienced trial attorneys in a mentorship-driven setting

Develop skills across multiple areas of litigation, from motions practice to trial preparation
