You'll provide patient care and related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist, while following established medical practices, regulatory requirements, and Company policies. You arrive onsite and review the day's therapy schedule and notes, then move from one resident interaction to the next with steady focus on safety and comfort. Between sessions, you coordinate with the care team, document progress clearly, and adjust your pace to meet each resident where they are-especially when memory loss or anxiety changes how the moment unfolds. Throughout the day, you keep communication calm and respectful with residents and families, and you lean on your teammates when you need a second set of eyes or a quick check-in.
