Procurement Purchase Receiver

Stockroom Coordinator:
Primary Function: Responsible for the issuing, receiving, coordinating, and stocking of general consumables, drilling accessories, and supplies at the assigned operational site. Knowledge of industry stock supplies and their use preferred but not required. Must be able to operate a forklift for receiving and shipping purposes and safely operate a bit sharpening machine. Receive and disperse supplies in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain adequate assigned inventory levels.
Provide information and recommendations about stock supplies to the Procurement Manager.
Perform regular functions with a computer including Email, Virtual Calls, Data Entry, and others as required.
Maintain drill accessories inventory log via Acumatica WMS.
Maintain stock room in an orderly and professional manner.
Verify quantities and unpack, inspect, and stock material.
Unload drill accessory deliveries via forklift
Perform or schedule Building maintenance for specified areas.
Safely operate company vehicle for offsite deliveries as necessary.
General Understanding of Microsoft Software including spreadsheet applications.
Must be flexible and able to make decisions that are in the company’s best interest.
Inside office and Outside environment. Overtime may be required.
Forklift Certification Required (Company can Provide)
