Your day will consist of connecting with prospective clients to discover and meet their needs, resolve their questions, and ultimately guide them through the auto and home insurance comparison and purchasing process (think, the Yoda of insurance). Ultimately, you will help build and maintain our reputation as a company that offers top‑notch client experiences during the insurance process.

Efficiently sell home, auto, boat, life, etc insurance policies via phone, email, text, and chat

Analyze customers' insurance needs based on a needs discovery conversation

Leverage technology to quote insurance coverage with multiple companies to find clients the best fit for their needs

Clearly explain insurance proposals to clients leveraging a consultative and empathetic approach

May conduct field visits as necessary

Insurance experience is not required, we will reimburse licensing fees (license required before start date) and provide extensive training so you become an insurance sales expert!

High School Degree or relevant work experience

0-2 years of relevant work experience

Ability to multitask, strong computer, analytical, decision‑making, time management, and organizational skills

Competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly bonus - $35k base salary

Years 3+ hitting $75k+ with opportunity for over 10% raise based on performance
