Take detailed notes over the phone from prospective clients.
Print and assemble closing package for settlement and other applicable documents
Must have exceptional customer service skills, be able to work in a fast paced environment and be detail orientedExcellent verbal/written communication
~ Strong computer, data entry, typing and telephone skills
