Technical Sourcer Full Time

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to): • Independently manage a requisition load of full-time and contract openings across a range of technical disciplines.
- Conduct intake conversations with hiring managers to define job requirements, core competencies, and desired candidate profiles, while guiding stakeholders through the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and recruiting events.
- Review and understand technical job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions for clarity, accessibility, and search engine optimization.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through direct outreach and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
