Responsibilities Make a Difference. Manages business unit administrative responsibilities (Pavilion, Wrap Around or Single practice with a minimum of 6 providers and approximately 12 FTE staff) including finances, human resources, office management, staffing, and clinical quality and insures goals are translated into action items that insure results.

Qualifications 4‑year/Bachelor’s Degree: Related Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, etc. and/or 3 years work experience in practice management (Preferred)

Master’s Degree: Master’s preferred (Preferred)

In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

3+ years: Minimum of 3 years previous leadership experience managing a medical practice or other healthcare facility (Required)

Demonstrating and leading core organizational values is an ongoing expectation and prerequisite.
