Your main responsibility will be to provide 1:1 medical care for a student with significant health needs during their school commute—an essential service that shapes lives and reassures families.
Key Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN/LVN license in Massachusetts
Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations is preferred
Confident in caring for non-verbal and wheelchair-dependent students
Skilled in seizure monitoring, recognition, and intervention
Primary Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 care for a student during bus rides (morning and afternoon)
Monitor for and respond to seizure activity and any emergency health needs
Communicate effectively with school staff, transportation, and families
Ensure safe transfers, mobility, and overall well-being of the student
