The Service Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction and overall profitability within the service department's areas of responsibility.

Communicates with customers and ethically resolves disputes keeping the customer and company's interest in mind.

Provides timely and accurate invoices to customers with the assistance of service team members.

Recommends and oversees replacement and repair of internal physical assets.

High school diploma, college, and/or tech school helpful.

Three or more years of experience with earth‑moving equipment parts and service in a customer contact position.

Candidate must have proven track record in customer satisfaction.

Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Basic computer skills required.
