The RadMonteCarlo Product Manager plays a key role in advancing ClearCalc's capabilities within the Radiation Oncology market. In this role, you will work closely with the primary ClearCalc Product Manager, Engineering, and QA to define, prioritize, and deliver features that meet evolving clinical needs. You will help translate real‑world clinical workflows into product enhancements, ensuring that new features are both technically sound and clinically meaningful. Support feature prioritization and define product specifications based on customer and clinical needs

Test new product versions and features prior to release, including regression testing to ensure product integrity

Investigate and help resolve issues identified during testing and by clinical users

Partner with Support and Customer Success teams to troubleshoot complex customer issues

Support regulatory and quality requirements for a medical device product, partnering with internal stakeholders as needed

5+ years of experience as a clinical medical physicist

Direct experience commissioning treatment planning system algorithms

Experience with Monte Carlo calculation algorithms, including configuration and validation

Experience commissioning multiple treatment planning systems or working with multiple calculation algorithms

Programming experience (C# or similar) or interest in learning

Experience with project workflow tools such as Jira

Customer‑facing or support experience

Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and sharing them with the healthcare community

Able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

The salary range for this role is $160,000 – $220,000 USD base plus bonus eligibility. Salary range will vary for international candidates and be commensurate with degree, title, experience, and geographical location.
