Responsibilities include safely operating an automatic dishwashing machine, washing pots and pans, performing general kitchen clean-up duties and disposing of all waste.

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment by hand or using dishwashers.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and countertops.

Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning agents.

Adhere to proper food handling and storage guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
