Title: Trades Technician III / Electrician
Hiring Range: $51,230 - $70,697
Location: Eastern State Hospital
Job Duties
Directly responsible to the Trades Manager for providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
Electrical: Responsible for inspections, repairs, replacements, new installation of electrical devices, components, wiring and raceways/conduits to meet NEC/JC/CMS/NFPA Codes, Standards, and Guidelines as required to support the hospital’s electrical maintenance and repair programs.
Generalist: Conduct general maintenance work for the Carpentry, Plumbing, and Mechanical Shops by repairing and maintaining equipment/structure in a properly functioning/safe condition.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid driver’s license.
Experience with Electrical at a journeyman’s level.
Training certification for electrical trades or the appropriate level of the combination of work and training experience.
Experience in commercial: plumbing and mechanical fields.
Additional Considerations
CFC License Certification.
Journeyman Electrical Card.
