Pay Rate: $17.00
Full time position available:

~ Monday-Friday: 5:00PM - 1:30AM

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and assist custodial staff at all sites
Cover shifts and assist with routine cleaning as needed
Deliver and pick up supplies and equipment
Ensure quality standards are met at all job sites
Monitor and support clock-in/out compliance
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Provide training and enforce company policies and safety practices
Communicate regularly with supervisor and regional manager regarding team progress and client satisfaction
Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ with valid ID
• Strong attendance and leadership skills
• Ability to pass background check with no past or pending felonies or misdemeanors, and drug screen (including for THC)
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle to drive during shift.
• Schedule flexibility including the ability to cover earlier shifts based on operational needs.
• Comfortable with technology and able to use standard office equipment and programs
• At least 1 year of custodial experience preferred
• 1 year previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand/walk for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and team management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
