EVENING! - Restaurant Server / Hostess / Host

Join Hook & Reel, one of the most established Cajun Seafood restaurant brands in the U.It’s always about good food, great company, and plenty of laughs. As a Host at Hook & Reek, you are the first and last impression for our guests. You will be instrumental in helping to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Seat guests, provide them with menus and occasionally assist servers with initial drink orders.

Answer guest questions regarding the menu and Hook & Reel brand.

Provide accurate information regarding menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.

Clean and organize the front-of-house and host station.

Inform management of large parties, special requests, or guest concerns.

Answer phones professionally and courteously.

Ensure business cards, beverage menus, and other paper goods are clean and stocked.

Maintain a positive, energetic, and hospitality-focused attitude at all times.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior restaurant experience is not necessary but preferred.
