Execute routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests across various disciplines including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols.
Ensure the accuracy of results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and conduct preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment.
Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
Maintain meticulous documentation of processes, guide new staff members or students, and uphold laboratory quality standards.
Strive for a clean, safe working environment, while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within one year of hire.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with healthcare teams.
