Warehouse Cherry-Picker Operator - 1st shift

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM + Overtime based on business needs

Custom Filters Direct is a growing manufacturer of custom HVAC air filters serving customers throughout the United States. We are seeking an Order Picker / Fulfillment Specialist to support our warehouse and fulfillment operations at our Bloomsburg facility.
This hands-on position is responsible for accurately picking orders, organizing inventory, replenishing stock, and helping ensure customer orders are fulfilled and shipped on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
Retrieve and store inventory throughout the warehouse
Learn to safely operate a cherry picker/order picker to access inventory stored at elevated rack locations
Perform inventory movements and stock replenishment activities
Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems as needed
Support shipping and receiving operations
Conduct daily equipment inspections and follow safety procedures
Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations
Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, inventory, retail stockroom, or distribution experience preferred
Experience operating a cherry picker, order picker, reach truck, or similar warehouse equipment is preferred*
Willingness to learn how to safely operate a cherry picker/order picker as part of the role
Basic computer and RF scanner experience required
Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
Ability to work in a warehouse environment for the duration of the shift
Starting pay of $19.00 per hour
