Job Description Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Staffed Residence
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, & PRN

Join us at one of our community-based staffed residences. We aren't just a care provider; As a DSP in a staffed residence, you provide the essential support that allows individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to thrive in a home of their own.

You will support participants in their daily routines, helping them maintain their independence while ensuring a safe, supportive, and joyful environment.

Daily Living Assistance: Support participants with ADLs, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and light housekeeping to keep the home running smoothly.
Administer prescribed medications accurately and prioritize the health and welfare of every resident.
Goal Mentorship: Actively engage with participants to help them achieve their personal goals and skill-building milestones.
Community & Connection: Plan activities, go out—most importantly— have fun with the residents!
Complete daily progress notes and documentation with accuracy and care.

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid Driver’s License and active auto insurance.
