FULL TIME Associate Attorney

Growing three (3) attorney civil and probate litigation firm seeks an associate with 0-3 years of experience. Associate will begin a training program with the firm to try lawsuits, which in first year will involve: Legal research Preparation of motions Court appearances Conducting and defending depositions Meeting with clients and conduct trust administration with training and oversight provided by a partner After the first year, as tasks are mastered, associate will advance to greater responsibility preparing cases for trial and ultimately trying cases. Associate will also learn to prepare Wills, Trusts, handle probate and transactional matters.
